"I want to take time out and express my most sincerest gratitude to my Account Specialist Molly and how she took charge of my claim. It wasn’t until the very end when I spoke with an adjuster in claims by the name of Jenelle Spencer and she took part of what I said and misconstrued my entire statement. I immediately called the Agent office and I spoke with Cyn and Cyn got me to Molly. I expressed my concerns to her and how the individual in the claims department did not display appropriate claim handling and misconstrued my entire statement, to justify her actions. It’s very disheartening because, that type of behavior displays “selective hearing.” Molly literally took the reins in this one. She was precise, communicated clearly with claims, very soft spoken but still very much assertive. Knowledgeable of her job and she doesn’t back down. I recommend Molly for anyone who is looking for assistance with their claims need. The experience towards the end of the claim after speaking with the adjuster Janelle and how easily “some one with inexperience handling” can misconstrued your statement, made me never want to file a claim again but working with Molly, definitely change my perspective. Thank you Molly for displaying tremendous one on one resolution for my claim. It’s definitely appreciated."

"Hello, State Farm. This is Ms. Bailey, a customer but let me start by saying, I never ever do reviews. I had some unexpected funds taken from my account and I was speaking with my representative shana. I was a bit bothered by what happened when the company did some type of computer change which caused me to be triple, billed because I move from one state to another state and it changed my cycle. Shana was kind enough to try to explain to me why and what happened and I was being stubborn, headed, and I did apologize to Shana, in the beginning of that conversation that I was not upset with her, she just happens to be my agent and I know she represents the company. She was able to drill it through my head with different examples. And me asking the same question over and over again, with long conversation, we were able to figure out something that works for me, because I'm stubborn, and I'm a person of routine. I like for things to happen at a certain time. We came to an agreement but I had to express to her that she exhibited excellent customer service, not one time could I detect during our conversation that she was irritated with me being irritated about things that happened on my account? I wanted manager and the company to know she was so patient. So kind so, understanding, even if I wanted to become more upset I just could not, I just had a tone in my voice. When I worked as a manager in customer service for the bank and I received a good review from a customer that means they're doing a great job, So people say it can't be done, it can be done. I would like her manager Rebecca to share this review with all of the associates. Perhaps Rebecca, her manager will grant her. I extra 30 minutes for lunch. Thank you so much, Ms. Bailey."
