I called about a question on car rate..and then I had lot more questions as we talked about upgrades I did to the house, and no matter what came up Samantha was knowledgeable and told me about how I could protect my investment, explained everything in detail so i was comfortable and understood. offered things out there that save me money and peace of mind! Gave an excellent breakdown of the coverage options, and examples of how they applied to real life scenarios. Gave a better understanding of what “full coverage” was, considering how most think it’s a blanket statement covering everything; then got me a policy at a better price than I’m currently at with better coverage. I’d ask for her. Tell her I sent you, you’ll get $10 🤫"

"Had the pleasure of speaking with Bethany when I called to update my families payment information due to our credit cards being compromised! She turned what normally is a very daunting process into an absolute breeze! Her friendly demeanor and bubbly personality made for great conversation and her knowledgeability about the bundling options came off genuine without feeling “pushy”!! She even spoke to me about life insurance, which is actually something I had been thinking about getting for sometime now!
